Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz Ahmed has urged the Interior Minister Rehman Malik to constitute judicial commission for probing the colossal corruption by the provincial government.
On Wednesday, Raja Riaz told journalists at a press conference that he wrote a letter to the interior minister in which he pointed out that the Punjab government had done corruption of billion of rupees in ‘Sasti Roti Project’ as well as in other developmental schemes.
He said a judicial commission might be formed to unveil the provincial government‘s embezzlement. The commission might also reopen the case of dual nationality of Shahbaz Sharif, he added.
PML-N was frightened from Imran Khan, he said adding that Shahbaz Sharif was giving Rs 0.5 million to the families whose members were killed by dengue virus but no one asked about those who were expired by drinking polluted water or killed of malaria.
He said that one man show had actually prevailed in Punjab and there was not any writ of the government seen in the province. The chief minister was not ready to listen and understand the voice of opposition so the condition of the province was getting deteriorated.
