Another 10 people died of dengue virus on Monday, while 208 more were tested positive for the disease in various hospitals of the province. The Punjab Health Department claimed an 11 percent decline in dengue epidemic over the past week. Per details, two deaths each were recorded in Jinnah Hospital, Services Hospital and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, while a woman died in Ghurki Hospital. Hina and Shah Jahan expired at Jinnah Hospital.
Khalida Zaheer and Musarrat Bano lost their lives at Services Hospital, Amina and Tanveer Shafique succumbed to the virus at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, while Anwari Bibi died at Ghurki Hospital. A 23-year-old woman, Ishrat Yasmin lost her life at Allied Hospital, Faisalabad.
