Peshawar Corps Commander General Asif Yaseen said on Tuesday that non-sealing of the Afghan border was a major reason behind incidents of terrorism in Pakistan. Addressing the tribal leaders in FR Jwakai area of Kohat, Asif said that the role of the peace lashker is very important for elimination of terrorism from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA). He said that Pakistan Army would continue cooperation with the peace lashker, adding that a successful military operation had been conducted in FATA, including Waziristan.
