Muatahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain said that if Punjab Assembly is dissolved, then his party would contest elections from all the constituencies in Punjab.
Addressing the MQM workers of Punjab via telephone, Altaf Hussain said a conspiracy was also being hatched to get the assemblies dissolved and go for snap polls to inflict a defeat on MQM.
“But MQM will contest from all across the country in the next elections,” he vowed.
He assured his party workers that the day was not far off when Punjab would witness a revolution that would transform the big houses of feudal lords and capitalists into boys and girls schools.
He also lashed out at Zulfiqar Mirza in his address and said that Mirza’s conspiracies against MQM would not succeed.

  1. Congenial atmosphere should be created for MQM to contest elections all over Pakistan including Punjab. Same opportunity should be given to all parties. Presently, PPP is the only party which can be termed a truly federal party. If more parties develop a political stake in all provinces and areas of Pakistan, it will be an asset for Pakistan.
