The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) on Saturday introduced an electronic billing and complaints system on its website to facilitate all domestic, commercial, industrial and bulk consumers.
According to a statement issued by the KWSB, the consumers can now access the website www.kwsb.gos.pk to obtain miscellaneous information or get their bills by entering the 11-digit consumer number, which appears at the top left corner of their monthly bills.
The water utility has also conveyed this information to all banks on its panel, the statement added. Besides getting their bills, the consumers can also register their complaints pertaining to water supply and sewerage on the website.
The KWSB advised all consumers to furnish their consumer number along with the reference number of the last paid bill at the time of registration of complaints.
