PML factions to merge in APML: Barrister Siaf

All factions of the Pakistan Muslim League including PML-Q and Likeminded group would merge in the All Pakistan Muslim Leagues (APML) as it is the final destination of all Leaguers, said Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, secretary general of the party, founded by former president Pervez Musharraf.
Talking to Likeminded Group leader Abdul Qadir Khan who announced to join the APML on Thursday, Barrister Saif said that leadership and workers of all the Muslim League groups would unite at the APML platform within few weeks. He said that Pervez Musharraf has provided a platform in form of the APML for unification of all factions of the Muslim League.
“APML was formed with the motive to unite all the people agreed with the philosophy and thinking of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah,” he said. The APML secretary general said that numbers of politicians from the PML-Q, ANP, PPP and Likeminded groups were in continuous contact with him which also wants to become the APML member.
He said that all these leaders would formally announce their inclusion in the party on the arrival of Pervez Musharraf in Pakistan on March 23, 2012.
