The Lahore Board Inter Collegiate Weightlifting Championship will be held at the weightlifting centre of the Punjab University Old Campus Ground from October 17 to 20. The event will start at 11am and Punjab College of Commerce will defend their title in the event. The weighing of players will be held from 9 to 10am followed by the competition. All the affiliated colleges with board will participate in the Championship. Lahore District Weightlifting Association secretary Sattar Rahee said that the contest would be held in the eight body weight classes.
