Former law minister Dr Babar Awan said on Wednesday that Sharifs’ plan of dissolving the Punjab Assembly (PA) has completely failed. He was talking to reporters at Islamabad High court. He said PML-N during its tenure had never generated even a single megawatt of power and was busy hoarding riyals and dollars, adding that they never staged a sit-in during the dictator’s regime either.
He alleged that Rs 1.6 billion have been spent on dengue spray, which was nothing more than diesel and water.
He said PML-N was practicing negative tactics for its own interest, while PPP has started more than two dozen large and medium scale dam projects to enhance power production. Awan said President Asif Ali Zardari with cooperation of allies was struggling hard to steer the country clear from challenges.

  1. So you are the one "who failed it". Take the credit of something which was just in the air. You are a so-called Doctor in Law but tell us reading the constitution, one simple question – If Shabaz Sharif plan to do this who can stop him from requesting Governor to dissolve the PA?
