A division bench of the Lahore High Court on Monday directed the Punjab Home Department to remove the names of 25 activists of the banned organization, Sipah-e-Sahaba from a list prepared under the Fourth Schedule of Section 11-EE of Anti-Terrorism Act 1997. The petitioners Abid Akram and others moved the LHC against the Punjab Home Department and pleaded through their counsel that they had been exonerated in all the cases but the Home Department placed their names on the terror watch list without any concrete reasons.
