Score of shops in Peshawar’s mobile market caught fire early morning on Tuesday where at least five shops were gutted within a few minutes. The fire that broke out in the market situated in Peshawar’s Sadar area, resulted in losses worth millions of rupees.
After hectic efforts, fire fighters controlled the fire within half-an-hour. They said the fire was caused by a short-circuit.
Rescue teams also reached the site immediately.
