Lahore Ravi defeated Lahore Shalimar by 244 runs on the last day of the four-day Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Division II match here at the LCCA ground on Sunday. Batting first Ravi made 276 runs and later bowled out Shalimar for 192 and extended the lead by scoring another 290 runs for three declared. And in their second innings Shalimar could score 130 runs.
Abid Ali with century piled on the agony of Shalimar bowlers and later Saad Naseem and Mohammad Irfan shared four wickets each to leave Shalimar sapping under defeat. However, Irfan who took six wickets in the frist innings finished the match with a 10 wickets haul.
