100 acres of encroached land recovered near Northern Bypass

The anti-encroachment squad of the City District Government Karachi (CDGK) has recovered 100 acres of encroached land – worth about Rs 500 million – near the Northern Bypass.
The recovered land in Keamari and Gadap towns was allotted by the Board of Revenue for relocation of whole sale markets near the Northern Bypass, according to a statement issued by the CDGK on Saturday.
The operation was overseen by Executive District Officer Revenue Ganhor Leghari, District Officer Revenue Shoukat Jokhio and head of the anti-encroachment squad Irfan Bahadur.
