Lahore Shalimar’s Ali Manzoor took six wickets to send Lahore Ravi packing on the opening day of the four-day Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2011-12 match here at the LCCA ground on Thursday. Put into bat, Ravi could make 276 runs in 76 overs and they fell to Manzoor who took six wickets for 71 runs. Only Muhammad Saad (66), Abid Ali (47) and Aamer Hayat 38 were the prominent batsmen for Ravi who came among the runs. At the end of the first day, Shalimar made 24 runs for one in five overs.
