Railways carriage workshop set ablaze

Valuables worth thousands of rupees were reduced to ashes when fire broke out in a Railway carriage workshop due to short circuiting on Tuesday. The fire broke out in a railway workshop located in Mughalpura due to short circuiting. Rescue 1122 reached the spot and controlled the fire after three hours. Seven Rescue 1122 vehicles were used to control the fire. No injury was reported in the incident.
MURDER: Muhammad Tahir, 25, was murdered by a friend, Muhammad Naveed, in Ravi Road area on Tuesday. The deceased was a resident of Hyderabad. Police said the accused Naveed took Tahir to his residence where he served poisonous liquor to him from which Tahir became critical. He was taken to a local hospital where he expired.
SUCCUMBED: A 55-year-old man expired in a local hospital on Tuesday, three days after he had received serious injuries in a road accident in Kot Lakhpat area. Police said that the man, still to be identified, was crossing a road when an unknown vehicle hit him three days ago from which he had received serious injuries. He was admitted to a local hospital where he expired today.
NEW BORN: A new born baby girl died in a local hospital on Tuesday. Police said that a woman identified as Zarina given birth to a baby girl in Jinnah Hospital and disappeared. Later, the new born baby girl died a few hours after her birth. The body was shifted to morgue.
