A three-day international leadership conference for persons with disability was inaugurated here on Monday to address grievances of those people and draw a framework for increasing their social inclusion in all spheres of life. The conference was organised by Special Talent Exchange Programme in collaboration with Ministry of Foreign Affaris, various non-governmental organisation, British Council and Telenor.
