National Assembly Business Advisory Committee has decided that the 35th Session of the National Assembly will continue till 18th October, 2011
On Monday Acting Speaker, Faisal Karim Kundi chaired a meeting of Business Advisory Committee in the Parliament House to discuss the Business of the House for 35th Session of the National Assembly.
After thorough discussion, it was decided that the 35th Session of the National Assembly will continue till 18th October, 2011 and thesittings of the National Assembly will be held in evening on Monday and Wednesday (in case of Cabinet Meeting) and in the morning on the remaining days. It was also decided that adjournment motions on electricity load shedding in the country and increase of prices of petroleum products would be taken up for discussion apart from Question Hour and other legislative business.
The meeting was attended by Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, Minister for Religious Affairs, Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Minister for Professional and Technical Training, MNAs Rana Tanveer Hussain, Dr.Abdul Kadir Khanzada, Mr. Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan and Ms Jamila Gillani.
