Andy Murray defeated American Donald Young 6-2, 6-0 in a display of power and experience on Sunday to win the ATP Thailand open, his third title of the season.
The top-seeded Scot crushed any hopes of first-time finalist Young, ranked 55th, with a dominating performance.
Murray, fourth in the world, added the Bangkok trophy to those he won this season on grass at Queen’s club, London, and at the Cincinnati Masters.
Bangkok was the site of Murray’s first ever ATP tour final six years ago, which he lost to Roger Federer.
