Amid growing pressure from the public after the Kallar Kahar tragedy in which 38 people, including 34 students died, authorities on Friday revoked the registration of Millat Grammar School. Approximately 1,000 students were attending the school and their parents complained that they should not be penalized for the alleged mistake of the bus driver.
The investigation team had failed to present a report into the deadly accident despite passage of four days. Motorway PRO Javed Chaudhry told reporters that the Kallar Kahar incident had put motorway guards in a shock.
