Landa Bazaar a great relief for the poor

With the winter season approaching, the inflation-hit people throng to ‘Landa Bazaars’ in great numbers as the prevailing inflation has made new clothes and shoes beyond the reach of the common man. The ‘Landa Bazaars’ set up in different parts of the twin cities and in weekly bazaars are witnessing a great rush of people, who can not afford to buy new clothes.
People belonging to the lower class and lower middle class are considering these ‘Landa Bazaars’ as a blessing as the sky-high rates of new clothes and shoes have made it next to impossible for them to buy new ones for their families. Asim Naveed, a resident of the capital said the high prices had left no option for the common people but to head towards ‘Landa Bazaars’.
