Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Imtiaz Inayat Elahi said the development of the Park Enclave will be completed in a record period, developing environment friendly housing scheme as a model project.
He expressed these views while reviewing the development of the park enclave here. All board members were also present on the occasion.
For development of Park Enclave, 15 renowned companies including M/s HRL, M/s MAAKSONS, M/s Saadat, M/s. Sultan Mehmood, M/s. Ch Abdul Latif, M/s GRC, M/s Usmani, M/s. NLC, M/s SKB, M/s Matracon, M/s Rakshani Builders, M/s. Maqbool Associates, M/s Echo West International, M/s. RMG, and M/s National Constructions have submitted expression of Interest documents till the final day for submission of the documents.
CDA is committed for state of the art development of the dream housing scheme as Park Enclave is the only environmental friendly model housing scheme in the heart of the Islamabad-the Green City where 60 per cent of the area is meant for natural landscaping and allied facilities.
The CDA Chairman said people across the country as well as overseas Pakistanis have taken keen interest in the scheme. He said the Authority being eco-friendly organization and trendsetter in the country has introduced an environmental friendly model housing project.
The project will not only providing contemporary living but will be a model to be followed or replicated by the developers, he said.
The scheme has vital significance as it is ideally located and conveniently accessible from all major roads such as Kashmir Highway, Park Road, Lehtrar Road, Kuri Road & Islamabad Highway. The project has Green and Clean Environment, civic amenities including mosque, school, club House (Including facilities of swimming pool, squash courts, Tennis courts, Badminton Courts, Indoor games and Gym etc.
