Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) chairman Sahibzada Fazal Karim has said that political and military leadership has thrown the ball in the court of the government.
“If government does not implement joint declaration of APC then it should be ready to face the storm”, he cautioned while talking to Online here Friday.
Participants of conference had expressed satisfaction over the briefing given by military authorities and assurance held out by the prime minister for giving befitting reply to US aggression, he remarked.
Government would have to end the strategic partnership with US as latter was not loyal to anyone, he said adding that the whole nation was with armed forces for the cause of national integrity and defence of the country.
Parliamentary committee should be constituted as soon as possible so that it could start its work, he said.
“Pakistan has rendered sacrifices in war against terrorism more than any country but it is accused of helping the terrorists. We will have to author a vibrant and clear foreign policy”, he added.
