Accused goes missing from Aabpara police station

Additional Session Judge Muhammad Yar Gondal on Tuesday directed the Abpara Station House Officer (SHO) to submit the report of a missing accused, Sardar Ali Khan Khattak, who allegedly went missing from the said police station where he was summoned by the police for interrogation.
Sardar Ali Khan Khattak, a naib-qasid in the Finance Division, was wanted at the Abpara Police station for his alleged involvement with a terrorist group that planned to attack a Quds Day rally and at sensitive buildings in the federal capital during the month of August. However, later he got a pre-arrest bail from the court of the Additional Session Judge.
On Wednesday, Irshad Bibi, the accused’s wife, pled before the Additional Session Judge that her husband, who was on pre-arrest bail, was summoned to the Abpara Police Station for interrogation.
