Pakistan Panthers Veterans cricket team will tour to Sri Lanka from September 30 to October 7.
The team will play four 35 overs matches in Colombo and Kandy. Fawad Ijaz Khan is the captain while Ashiq Hussain Qureshi is the vice captain of the team. Former Pakistan test captain Zaheer Abbas is accompanying the team as the cricket ambassador.
The other members of the team are Saleem Malik (former Pakistan test captain) Mansoor Akhter, Ashraf Pakhali, Ghaffar Kazmi, Nadeem Omar, Muhammad Sharif, Lt Gen (r) Syed Absar Hussain, Rafiq Ghani, Rizwan Nisar, Ahmed Nisar Zaman, Usman Haq and Najeeb Sadiq. The team will leave for Sri Lanka on Friday.
