US threats would affect war on terror: Hoti

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has said that baseless allegations by USA against Pakistan would not only affect war against terrorism but also result turmoil in the entire region.
He was speaking at a ceremony, which was held to distribute Watan Cards among flood affectees in Nowshera Police Lines here on Tuesday. He said that USA should realise the fact that any effort to weaken Pakistan would hurt her own interest as this type of useless campaign would influence war against terrorism.
He said that provincial government condemned the unjustified accusation of the country. The whole nation should be united at this hard time to protect the country against any foreign aggression.
Later, while talking to the media, he pointed out that KPK took the challenge to fight against terrorism and in this regard provincial government is fully devoted to eradicate this menace from the society.
“Neither our mosques nor our markets are safe from these terrorists but alone government cannot win this war without active participation of the people”, he said.
He said that KPK government would bear additional load of Rs two billion to assist the people, hit by the natural calamites.

  1. Since Pakistan is an enemy of the USA by it's own choice, how is weakening Pakistan contrary to American interest?
