It has been observed that the police throughout Pakistan are not provided proper facilities for housing, especially when they are transferred to other areas. It presents a predicament for police staff and their families. It is important that the institution should invest their resources into projects, for establishing proper police colonies. This will not only provide a solution regarding housing facilities, but will also be favourable from a security point of view. It is also imperative that proper transport facilities should also be provided to the police along with housing, for commute to and from workplace.
