National Assembly member and Gulberg Town Emergency Response Committee Chairman Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has termed encroachments and heaps of garbage a major obstacle in the way of anti-dengue movement. He was addressing the public on the elimination of illegal constructions from the park located at Mohalla Khawaja Behari, Mian Meer on Sunday.
MPA Main Mohsin Latif and officers of the departments concerned besides hundreds of people were present on the occasion. Sadiq said that people would get conducive environment after the eradication of illegal constructions from public places. He directed Gulberg TMO to renovate the said park and take action against encroachers.
