The Indian police rearrested APHC leader and Jammu and Kashmir National Front chairman Nayeem Ahmad Khan, along with his party activist, Abdul Hamid Butt after a Srinagar court granted them bail.
The spokesman of Jammu and Kashmir National Front in a statement strongly denounced the re-arrest of Nayeem Khan and said that the occupation authorities were violating the court orders.
He said the judiciary in the occupied territory had also failed to implement its orders and provide justice to the illegally detained Kashmiris.
