KESC labour leaders’ case sent to sessions court

The administrative judge of the anti-terrorism courts in Karachi, Justice Maqbool Baqar transferred a case against the labour leaders of the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) to the district and sessions court (South).
A case was registered against CBA chairman Akhlaq Ahmed and others by the KESC management at the Defence police station, in which Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act was also included along with other articles of the Pakistan Penal Code for attacking its office.
