Dubbing them ‘inhuman’, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Senator Professor Ibrahim Khan strongly condemned the suicide attacks in mosques, schools and funeral gatherings.
“Pakistan should immediately detach from alien war on terror led by the US,” he said during his visit to LRH, after inquiring the health of the yesterdays’ Dir blast victims and children injured in Mattani terrorists attack. He said that there is no need for ‘Lashkars’ as the army, Frontier Constabulary (FC) and regular police force were well-trained, adding that the government had first formed the lashkars and then left them at the mercy of militants.
He said law and order was the government’s responsibility and securing the frontiers of the country was the prime responsibility of military, police and other law enforcing agencies and each should perform its assigned function. About the US statement regarding the existence of Haqqani network in Pakistan, Khan said America wanted reasons to attack Pakistan and should give proofs of its claim.
