A Pakistani American, Moin Khan, aspiring to unite the two worlds with a ‘different agenda in mind’, after about two months into his journey has now reached Germany. He has embarked upon a world tour. Bremen is the place where Moin is in Germany now. “Oh mann, I dont even know how to start this. What a day. Met total strangers in London and of course I went to their house. Great guys had an amazing time. (It was) 4 am I sat in the taxi and at sharp 6:45am I pass out. Around 9 an older voice says something in German and I opened my eyes to find myself alone in the plane with just one guy cleaning out the plane. It took off, flew for a couple hours, landed, everyone exited and I was fast asleep. Took the train to Bremerhaven port,” he wrote on his Facebook account. That was the last status uptill now Moin have since he started off from San Francisco, USA on July 10. On the 40th day of his travel during which he journeyed through Canada and some of the states of America, Moin left New York for London. Although he did not give much details of his time since the last post through Canada, but he was following views on his Facebook and had his haircut after he was emailed by fans. After reaching London, he messaged one of his friends and asked him of any mosque in Central London for a stay for eight hours. And also gave interviews to FM 101 and radio.gov.pk. He also went into details in a blog interview in which his stated about his love for travel since his childhood and how he sneaked away on a carpenter’s bike to travel through the streets of Lahore and then how he traded reciting Holy Quran for a ride on Qari Sahib’s bike. And that love for travel has now become a reality but it have an agenda now because having read nothing positive about Pakistan and the hatred the people around carry for America, Moin found it pertinent that this love-hate trend should end and it is that passion and mission that has brought him nearly half the way of his journey from San Francisco to Lahore.
