Member National Assembly (MNA) Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan and Member Provincial Assembly Nishat Muhammad Zia Qadri along with Shah Faisal Town Administrator Kamal Mustafa inaugurated a fumigation campaign on Thursday with 22 spray vehicles. Speaking on the occasion, MNA Khan said protection from flies, mosquitoes and dengue virus is possible with regular spray of anti-insecticides. He appealed to the masses for cooperating with the town staff during the fumigation campaign and for adopting precautionary measures to protect themselves from the dengue virus. The town administrator gave a detailed briefing to the parliamentarians about the fumigations drive, which is being carried out on the directives of Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan and Karachi District Coordination Officer Muhammad Hussain Syed. He also informed them about the campaign launched in the town to create awareness among the masses regarding the dengue virus.
