British police offered a reward of £20,000 on Thursday for providing information about the murder of Pakistani politician Imran Farooq in London one year ago.
The 50-year-old, a founding member of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), was attacked as he returned home from work on September 16, 2010. A post-mortem found he died from multiple stab wounds and blunt trauma to the head.

  1. If the killers have already been arrested as we are given to understand by some aspiring politicians and thugs of secret agencies, why this need for a fresh appeal and huge reward money?

It gives credence to the fact that a calculated media campaign is being run against the MQM.
