Former Sindh home minister Zulfiqar Mirza has said MQM is terrorist outfit and 60 percent target killers are from this party.
“MQM is a terrorist party and 60 percent target killers belong to this party. Whosoever embraces MQM will be burnt out”, he said this while expressing his views in a private TV channel programme on Friday.
Holding talks with MQM was tantamount to betraying the country and bringing MQM back to government folds would be injustice with the country and Benazir, he said.
He said arms licenses were issued for the purpose of self-defence and Manzoor Wassan had also sent application for issuance of 6,000 arms licenses for him.
“I am in PPP and will remain in PPP forever. I have not contacted President Zardari however I have sent flowers to him. It has happened for the first time in my life that Asif Zardari is unwell and I am not with him”, he added.

Mirza is Zero. Each of us must read history of Sindh. Karachi was never a part of Sindh. Karachi was ruled by Khan of Qallat and handed over Karachi as Blood Money to Talpurs the Rulers of Hyderabad Sindh. Latter Karachi was occupied by Britishers and magnificiant buildings were built. Finlay House, Old Rally Building, Clifton, Elpheniston Road, Boat Club etc are living proof. Earlier Karachi was under the rule of colonial power Portegaul.
Mirza is an immigrant and does not take intrest in Badin or Sindh. He is being guided from Rawalpindi and may be used as a scape goat or forgotten for ever.

Mirza is quite right that majority of target killers belong to MQM. ZM has exposed MQM’s mafia activities. The Don is in London and his recent video press conference was a theatrical performance. Altaf Hussain levelled allegations agaist ANP, JI and others but failed to respond to ZM’s direct allegations directed against the very person agaist whom no one dared to say.
The Supreme Court has reserved its judgment on the suo moto hearings on Karachi situation. Let us wait for a few more days and the judgement will provide a lot moe ammunition to critics of MQM.

The only difference between our people and the romans in Caesar's era is that, at least they had an excuse for being so fickle-minded- they were uneducated. The only thing I got to hear from people after Mirza's speech is "he took an oath by keeping the Quran on his head." Firstly, don't people know that every other person presented in court weather guilty or innocent, takes the same oath. If everyone of them was saying the truth after taking that oath, our jails should, logically, be empty. Secondly, if Mirza is supposedly, this "patriotic pakistani" and MQM is such a "traitorous" party, then why didn't Mirza declare all this before. He claims to have evidence dating back from 2001. PPP was strictly against MQM after 12th May incident. They were not in government. He could've exposed them then and there. Thirdly, the CJP didn't invite him to court, because Mirza did not submit an affidavit or petition asking for his presence. Doesn't he know that there is a procedure to submit evidence in court?He could've passed it through his ANP friends, who had their lawyers throughout the proceedings. In a place like Karachi, where people forge the PM's signatures for a prohibited-bore arms license, how difficult is it to make a few documents, especially, if one knows that all he has to do is shout loudly, wave the Holy book around and flash the so-called "evidence" far away from a mic. Moreover, if we believe what Mirza is saying, that he has given satisfactory evidence against the MQM to MI, ISI and the army, then I'm afraid we have a whole army and state intelligence full of traitors or people who support traitors as they don't seem to be doing anything against the MQM. Most importantly, if, 60% of the target killers belong to MQM, who do the remaining 40% belong to? Shouldn't he enlighten us with the names of those parties as well so that we, as Pakistanis can isolate such criminal elements/political parties from our communities by not voting for them. Mirza, in my opinion, is nothing but a pawn, used by his political party to awaken the sindhi nationalist sentiments, since they felt a bit disgraced after the commissioner system was abolished by the PPP. The Senate elections are around the corner, so are the general election. Political gimmicks are quite normal.

MQM is the one who introduced culture of AK-47 after its birth with the help of ISI on the instigation of moron Ziaul Haq. He is dead but left this Frankenstein monster for people of Sindh. It did not end at AK-47. Altaf started politics of blackmail. He made sure that stories fabricated by his goebbels did receive prominence in the newspaper. So effective was his blackmailing that burning of few hundred copies of Jang, Mir Khalil u Rehman capitulated before Altaf at his residence. That was the beginning of MQM's stranglehold on the media.
Altaf then introduced the culture of extortion of money from traders and house owners. Then came torture, murder and dead bodies in bags.
MQM, by its blackmailing tactics, became part of every government. MQM always wanted Ports and Shipping ministry for some reasons.
Then started the murderers of citizens who did not toe the line of Altaf Hussain and target killers were unleashed who murdered not tens or hundreds but thousands of innocent people.
MQM showed its ugly face on the 12th May 2007. It will be easy to understand why MQM insisted on Ports and Shipping ministry so that containers were diverted to some places whihc can not be traced and no one knows what happened to valuable cargo stuffed in them. Then these containers were used to block the main highway through which the Chief Justice of Pakistan was supposed to be driven to the High Court.
Altaf Hussain in his comical speeches on the telephone which are heard at nine zero HQ by his disciples sitting like a herd of goats and sheeps and applaud his speech. Most recent was his historic speech via a video hook up and it should go in the annals of polictical history of Pakistan. Zulfikar Mirza had so unnerved this man that he was waffling most of the time and failed to offer any response to ZM's allegations and instead gave a veiled warning to a journalist reminding him of gunny bag and also threatening the government to withdraw his instructions of restraint to his thugs.
