Lahore draw WAPDA in U-19 cricket

Lahore Ravi held WAPDA to a draw in the opening match of the three days Inter-Region and Departments U-19 Cricket Tournament here at the LCCA ground on Thursday. In the pool A match, WAPDA scored 268 runs in their first innings and Lahore responded with 116 in their first innings and after being followed on they were at 99 for one in 49 overs.
WAPDA’s Muhammad Waheed was the impressive bowler who grabbed four wickets in the first innings while Aamir Hussain took two wickets. In the second innings, Lahore batsmen played well and made 99 runs for one at the end of the day. Zainul Husnain scored 47 runs for Lahore. The match ended as draw.
