The Basic Development Hockey Coaching Course began here at National Hockey Stadium on Thursday. The large numbers of the coaches from different divisions were present to attend the course. Sports Director General Jamshed Daudi inaugurated the program and appreciated the coaches presence at huge level to improve their existing skills. He said that the coaches should not only learn but also improve their hockey skills by implementing different techniques in the field of sports.
Pakistan Hockey Federation secretary Asif Bajwa along with Pakistan team manager and Olympian Khuwaja Muhammad Junaid, Video Analyst Nadeem Lodhi and Assistant coach Muhammad Ajmal were also present there. They would also be delivering the lectures to the coaches.
The workshop against Drugs and Dengue awareness were also conducted with the collaboration of Dr.Akmal, Dr.Riaz and Dr.Faiz Rasool. The course was represented by Sports Director Jalil Ahmed Chohan which would continue till September 19.
