An official of Sindh House along with some accomplices has allegedly kidnapped, drugged and molested a 20-year-old youngster and chopped off his male organ for having affair with his niece at the Track Five within the Secretariat Police Station’s precincts. According to sources, the victim was first shifted to the Policlinic Hospital and later referred to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in a critical condition. According to sources, the Sindh House officials are trying to hush up the matter and pressuring the father of the victim, it has been learnt.
Sakeel Ahmed, father of Jamil, who is admitted in the surgical ward, alleged that his son had disappeared on the day of his sister’s Walima at 10:00am. Later on, they come to know that he was kidnapped by Sadiq Abro, a driver of Sindh House along with three other persons. Jamil was taken to the Track Five and was drugged and molested there. As Jamil was having love affair with Abro’s niece, he also chopped off his male organ and hanged it with his neck after putting it in a shopping bag and fled away while also taking away Jamil’s dress, Sakeel added. When Jamil reached the Sindh House, police informed the family and victim was shifted to the hospital, he said. Shakil said Jamil told him after coming into consciousness that he was sitting in front of his house when Abro came and said, “Let’s go to bazaar for shopping and we will return within an hour. When they reached the main Margalla Road, Abro and four to six other people bundled Jamil into a white Suzuki high-roof already parked there, he added. On Monday (September 12), Jamil was admitted to the PIMS where a team headed by Dr Ibrahim Khan conducted an 11-hour long operation. A official, who was part of the team, on condition of not to be named disclosed that there were torture marks on Jamil’s body and also a knife cut on his back. Salman Billu, the controller of Sindh House, confirmed the incident but said Jamil was a drug addict and mentally disturbed person. He claimed that Jamil had cut his male organ himself. Talking to this scribe Abro, while refuting the allegations, said the matter was in the knowledge of Billu. “I have not been found guilty during preliminary interrogation,” he remarked. Dr Ibrahim said it was almost impossible for person to chop off his own male organ, adding that Jamil was in a very critical condition. He said they were unable so far to examine whether he was sexually assaulted or not but it did seem that he had been sexually battered. No FIR has so far been registered with the Secretariat Police Station.
