Doing everything to control dengue: Punjab CM

Punjab Chief minister Shahbaz Sharif claimed taking all the possible steps to overcome dengue threat.
Speaking to media after briefing over dengue outbreak in the province here, the Chief Minister said that his government was taking multiple steps to control dengue eruption.
He said that medicines and vaccines would be imported from the Britain while the government was also trying to get medicine from India.
Shahbaz said that Sri Lankan medical team has also arrived in Lahore to assist the Punjab government to control dengue virus epidemic.
He mentioned that all private hospitals across the province have been asked not to charge dengue patients while public sector hospitals were on high alert to assist the dengue victims.
He further said that provincial government was spraying the mosquito-killer spray in Lahore and other cities.
Meanwhile, three dengue patients died in Lahore on Wednesday as death toll reached 17.

  1. Can someone suspend the health minister of Punjab for not being able to control the disease…..ooops…..the health ministery is being held additionally by the "suspending machine" himself……!!!!!!!!

The dengi has taken attention from the horrible corruption,target killings of thoudasands and bathakhori of billion dollars for 27 years in Karchi by MQMmand recently PPPZ,ANP.MQM is posing cleaner than milk AND OFFERING SOLUTIONS TO ‘DENGU’.Karachi tv chanmnels are now projecting them once again as ‘messiah’after they have ruined Pakistan in last forty Months of coalition with most corrupt government of pppz who has ruined poor.
