Two unidentified people were found dead on Monday in two different areas of the city. A 45-year-old unidentified man was found dead at Qartaba Chowk in the Lytton Road Police precincts. After being informed, police reached the area and removed the body to the city morgue for autopsy. A policeman claimed that the deceased was a drug addict and died of an overdose.

INJURED: Four people were injured in different road accidents. Nawaz, 10, was seriously injured when he fell from his bike near Mughalpura. He was shifted to a local hospital where he was declared stable by doctors. Also on Monday, 16-year-old Zubair was injured when an unidentified car hit him from behind on Salamatpura Road. He was rushed to a local hospital where he was declared to be out of danger by doctors.
In another incident, 20-year-old Naveed was injured when a rickshaw hit him near Yadgar Gate No 4. He was shifted to a local hospital and said to be stable. An unidentified pedestrian was injured after being hit by a car near Yadgar Chowk while crossing the road. He was rushed to a local hospital and said to be out of danger.
