At least 10 criminals, including one accused of murder and two proclaimed offenders, were arrested in police raids in different
localities of the city on Tuesday.
According to SSP East Ahsan Umer, police conducted a raid against criminals in Malir Alflah and took into custody three criminals including two offenders and one, identified as Tahir Boss, accused of murder, and recovered arms from their possession.
Meanwhile, police have also launched search operation against law violators in Sharafi Goth area. During the search operation in the locality, police took into custody seven accused and recovered illegal and unlicensed arms and drugs from their possession.
Police is interrogating the detained culprits and more raids are expected in the light of information provided by detainees.
