The third National Disabled Cricket Tournament got underway on Thursday at the LCCA ground and Lahore Gymkhana. Pakistan Cricket Board Director Operations Zakir Khan was the chief guest of the opening ceremony at the LCCA ground. The matches of the opening day began regularly but the midday rain marred the matches and one point each was given to all the teams. Earlier, the matches were reduced to 10 overs a side from 40 overs affair but later it was not possible due to heavy downpour.
