New claim of responsibility for New Delhi bomb: media

Indian media organisations received a new email, purportedly from the home-grown militant outfit Indian Mujahideen, claiming responsibility for a deadly bomb attack at the Delhi High Court.
An earlier unverified email, sent just hours after Wednesday’s blast that left 12 dead, had claimed the attack for another militant group.
Neither claim has been confirmed by police as genuine.
Internal Security Secretary U.K. Bansal told reporters that the latest email was being studied by intelligence agencies.
Written in Hindi, it said Indian Mujahideen had timed the blast to explode when the crowd outside the court would be at its largest. It offered no specific motive for the attack.
“We own responsibility for this,” it said, while threatening to carry out another bombing at a shopping mall in Delhi next week.
Indian Mujahideen was blamed for the last major attack in the capital — a series of blasts in several upmarket shopping areas in 2008 that killed 22 people and injured nearly 100.
Wednesday’s powerful blast ripped through a crowd of litigants queuing to enter the court complex in the heart of the Indian capital. Nearly 80 people were injured, many of the seriously.

  1. I don't understand why pakistani media is misguiding there own people and not telling the truth….the mail which was sent claims that HUJI ,pakistan based terrorist group is responsible for the attack…….shame on pakistan….endless number of suicide attacks in ur country since last 4-5 years is enough to sugggest that militants which u are training for last six decades against india are know eating your own country…

    • I dont understand that why this tiny little thing does not comes up in the brains of duffer indians that every bull shit that is occuring in india is the result of thier own grown problems. You reep wht you sow. Remember it Mr. "Manish". Either Indians are realy duffer or they are pretending to be Duffers.

      • Do you really know the meaning of "duffer' ?
Terrorism and Pakistan are 2 sides of the same coin. "you reep what you sow" is applicable to you. A consistent wave of terrorism, an attack per week, within Pakistan proves that epicentre lies within Pakistan while In India these attacks are becoming less frequent, partly because the monster you created for India is tasting its own blood now and partly it takes time to stage an attack in another country.
If what you term as homegrown for India what you will call what is happening within Pakistan ? Mind you it is not only India which is complaining, almost of all of your neigbhours have complained about terrorists getting training and help in Pakistan. Every major terror attack in the world has Pakistan's foot prints over it. Blame your Amry/ISI for this.
