Rafael Nadal, David Ferrer, Feliciano Lopez and Fernando Verdasco will play for Spain in their Davis Cup semi-final against France, Spanish captain Albert Costa said on Tuesday. World number two Nadal will carry the flag for the Spanish team in the tie on September 16-18 in Cordoba, southern Spain. Nadal is rejoining the team after he pulled out of Spain’s quarter-final clash with the United States in July to rest after reaching the Wimbledon final. Spain won the tie 3-1. Spain and France have met seven times in the Davis Cup, with Spain winning five times and losing twice. The Spaniards won Davis Cup titles in 2004, 2008 and 2009.
