An All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) delegation, headed by APML Spokesman Fawad Chaudhry, laid a flower wreath at the martyrs’ monument of the 1965 war on behalf of former president and APML President General (r) Pervez Musharraf. Talking to journalists, Fawad said, “We are proud of the glorious past of the Pakistan Force and it is our firm belief that the Pakistan Army has a magnificent future ahead”. The APML spokesman said that September 6 reminded the nation about the heroic passion when the armed forces and the people foiled all conspiracies of the enemy.
“The APML also feels proud of its president Pervez Musharraf as he participated in this war and demonstrated bravery and valour qualities”, Fawad said adding that Musharraf was the sole leader who had the vision, courage and commitment to steer the country from prevailing challenges.
