Unidentified men killed seven people of the same family near Degree College in Sadiqabad with what police suspected was a sharp-edged tool on Tuesday. The incident occurred in a busy area of the southern Punjab city. Police sent the bodies to the city morgue for autopsy and began investigating the incident.
