Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani’s son Abdul Qadir Gilani was admitted to a private hospital after contracting dengue. Sources close to the family revealed the PM’s son had been admitted to the hospital and was undergoing tests to confirm the decease. Later, Jinnah Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Javed Akram confirmed the PM’s son had been infected with dengue. In another development, two more people belonging to Yaseen Town died of dengue. Medical experts said proper measures were not being taken to curb the dangerous disease and the virus was growing exponentially.
