Earlier this week she wowed in a figure-hugging Victoria Beckham design and yesterday Kate Winslet ensured she made just as big an impact. The ‘Carnage’ actress donned another British designer this time opting for a Stella McCartney optical illusion shift dress that emphasised her great figure.
The dress boasted cream, nude and black panelling that hugged Kate’s curves to perfection. The actress teamed the dress, which continued her sleek and sophisticated style from the previous day, with a pair of peep toe black heels. And once again jewellery was minimal with Kate wearing a pair of pearl earrings and a pearl-embellished cuff. To finish off the demure look her hair had been tousled into a low bun with a sweeping side parting. Kate looked every inch the leading lade as she arrived on the red carpet for the premiere of her film ‘Mildred Pierce’ at the Venice Film Festival.
Kate’s co-star Rachel Evan Wood donned a black Alessandro Rich dress with lace detail stripes across her torso and a split up to her thigh which made for a subtle yet alluring look. The actress, who play’s Winslet’s daughter in the period HBO TV movie opted for 60’s style eyes with plenty of lashing of dark liquid eyeliner and she had her short cropped hair slicked to the side.
