Four people, including three children, were killed in rain-related incidents as torrential rains continued in different parts of Sindh on Friday.
Three children died and two others were injured when the roof of a house collapsed in the Mirzapur village of Shikarpur district.
Moreover, one more person was killed, and three others hurt in other rain-elated incidents.
Several trees and electricity poles were uprooted in Ghotki due to the strong winds, causing a disruption of power supply.
The heavy rains that lashed Shikarpur, Badin, Kashmore, Kandh Kot, and Hyderabad districts on Friday morning, also inundated many low lying areas of Mirpur Mathelo, and Deherki. As a result, a large number of people was displaced.
