The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has made it clear that the chairman has no intention to occupy the Lahore City Cricket Association (LCCA) president’s seat. An official of the PCB said that it took strong exception to the report that the PCB chairman is claiming the LCCA presidency. “The claims are erroneously quoted that Chairman Ijaz Butt is seeking Presidency of LCCA,” he said. “An attempt is being made by certain quarters to promote their vested interests,” he added.
