The Higher Education Commission (HEC) asked students with incomplete information in their online applications for the “Indigenous 5,000 PhD Fellowship” on Sunday to complete their forms by September 10. The HEC said that applicants with incomplete information in their registration forms would not be considered for the scholarship after the deadline.
