Ufone has launched one of the latest in android smart-phones in the market amidst much consumer excitement.
The Samsung Galaxy S II smart-phone currently has one of the fastest operating systems available. “As always Ufone is offering its customers the best value for their money by including extra accessories,” said a press release on Sunday.
It said customers who availed the offer would get the Samsung GS II handset with a Bluetooth hands-free and a leather pouch free of cost. The offer comes with two months unlimited GPRS internet.
The handset can be obtained at Ufone service centres for Rs. 56,500 which is considerably lower than its market price. Speaking at the launch, Ufone Chief Marketing Officer Akbar Khan appreciated the development of operating systems such as Google Android. He said that with this launch Ufone had once again proved to be a leader in the introduction of innovative technology. He also said Samsung Galaxy S II is an addition to the vast array of innovative handsets being offered by Ufone, redefining the company’s promise to provide its customers with new and entertaining gadgets.
The thing is that it does not matter how fast software u use until and unless u r not supported by a 3G or 4G networks. Pakistani carriers does'nt offer any of these two services rather they are sticking with slower GPRS things. High-end and topnotch smartphones like iphone, galaxy S2, htc sensation or sony xaperia arc all are dump and rather frustrating with slow speed internet i.e. without 3G.

It seems a good launch. We hope to see more updates from their side.
